At SKY ROOFLINE we take Photographs of the Property Before we carry out the
Installation.

1:- Supply & Erect Temporary Access Equipment to carry out the works.
2:- Push back bottom 2 rows of Roof tiles to reveal often deteriorated Roof Felt and   
     Spar Feet.
3:- Remove existing Fascias, Soffits, Guttering etc, and dispose.
4:- Carry out any Remedial work Required, and level up the Spar Feet both horizontally
     and Virtically to accept new Fascia and Soffit.
5:- Fit the New UPVC Fascia, Soffit, & Cladding as per Manufacturers Specification.
6:- Apply a Chalk Line to the Fascia and Fit New UPVC Guttering.
7:- Replace Roofing Membrane at Eaves Level, and fit UPVC Eaves Protectors
    Terminating into the Guttering.
8:- Re Position the bottom 2 rows of Roof Tiles and Re Point any Disturbed Mortar.
9:- Fit New UPVC Rainwater Downpipes as required.

10:- Remove Temporary Access Equipment, and Clean up the Work Area.
11:- Take Photographs of the Finished Installation.
